Jillian is very versatile in her style of yoga.
She offers Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa and also include a mixture of flows where she includes sections of each style of yoga together
Jillian will adapt the class to suit the group.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years…and for the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing that journey through teaching.
For me, yoga isn’t about perfection…it’s not about pushing, comparing, or achieving more…
It’s about coming home to yourself.
In my classes, I gently blend Hatha… Yin… and Vinyasa…creating a space where movement and stillness meet.
Some moments will feel fluid… some will invite you to pause… and all of it is guided by your breath.
I teach with no ego… no pressure…
just an open invitation to move in a way that feels right for you.
Because every body is different… every day is different… and your practice should honour that.
My intention is to bring more than just passion to yoga…
I want to offer you a space to soften…
to reconnect… and to simply be.
So wherever you are right now…
take a breath…
and begin.
