Michelle de Burgh - Flowing Yoga
Yang to Yin – Yoga Flow followed by Yoga Restore
Michelle brings over 30 years of experience in yoga practice, with training from Yogahaven, Flying Fantastic, and Polestar Pilates.
She inspires mindful breathing, embodied movement, and a passion for yoga that motivates yogis to keep returning to their mats.
Michelle is a calm and grateful kiwi who teaches and lives by the sea in Brighton & Hove. Health and fitness have always been a very important part of her life.
Her physical fascination started in the theatre and she was lucky to study physical theatre and mime with Desmond Jones in London and with Lecoq and Philippe Gaulier in Paris.
This creative background informs her approach to teaching and enhances her understanding of the body.
