Yulia has been teaching yoga full-time since 2001, sharing a practice that is informed, playful, and rooted in authenticity. Her ever-evolving teaching style blends Therapeutic Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga, and various forms of myofascial release.
She co-founded Exeter Yoga Workshop with her husband, Chris, in 2014 and has taught on Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy courses for over a decade.
Yulia’s yoga journey began in 1998 while studying Psychology. Her fascination with the human body and mind later led her to study and practice Chinese Medicine, Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, and Mindfulness. She is the author of her own Advanced Yin & Restorative Teacher Training, which forms the foundation of all her therapeutic yoga classes.
Morning Practice: Therapeutic Vinyasa Flow
Each morning class will begin with simple breathwork, followed by a sequence of breath-linked postures. These will be structured around functional anatomy and energetic principles to help you deepen your understanding of your own body. The class will end with a deeply relaxing restorative posture and a guided Shavasana.
Evening Practice: Yin & Restorative Yoga
