Louise Cashin - Hatha Yoga
Louise is a long time Yoga practitioner who has been teaching Yoga as a full time joy since 2002. In that time she has worked with many different schools and styles of Yoga.
A registered Yoga teacher trainer since 2012, she has always offered training beyond the standards asked for.
She teaches Mindfulness programs for leaders in business and organisations such as the NHS.
Her specialties are Simple Meditations and her Soulful Yoga Nidra sessions. As one person commented, her sessions “will melt parts of you that you didn’t even realised needed melting”
Louise teaches Yoga beyond postures, shapes and methods; inviting you into self enquiry. Guiding you to get to know your moving body, your breath, your mind. “Come, slow down to get strong with me and experience your clearer, calmer, kinder self.”
About Louise:
Louise began practising Yoga regularly as part of her rehabilitation after an accident in 1993.
On taking a break from a busy corporate career Louise followed her passion to travel and explore Yoga further and on completing her first Yoga teacher training, she hasn’t found her way back to her executive career!
In 2002 she became a full time Yoga teacher, undertaking further trainings and specialist Yoga Therapy training.
As Yoga teacher, she feels her role is to create a space where students can feel in balance, whole and complete, to experience their vibrant vital energy as well as their stillness and inner calm.
She offers tools and insight to find this equanimity so that her students can cope better with the stresses of daily life, enjoy improved sleep , improve their overall health and experience a real sense of well being
