Sue has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and fell in love with it from her very first class. Drawn to the calmness, stillness, and balance that yoga brings, she soon felt called to share its benefits with others through teaching.
Her classes blend Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow, with a touch of Ashtanga for strength and focus. She also weaves in meditation and pranayama, creating a balanced practice for both body and mind. Alignment and mindful movement are at the heart of her teaching, ensuring that her classes are accessible, nurturing, and empowering for all levels.
Her happy place is teaching at Planet Yoga Liverpool, where she brings warmth, encouragement, and a sense of community to her students. Having trained with P.R. Mohanan in 2020 she combines traditional grounding with a fresh, modern approach to sequencing.
When guiding yoga holidays Sue loves creating space for students to connect deeply with themselves, slow down, and rediscover the joy of practice, leaving them refreshed, renewed, and inspired.
The Morning Practice will include a dynamic Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, with some longer-held postures to build strength and stability, leaving you feeling energised, centred, and uplifted for the day ahead.
The Evening Practice will be a restorative practice , moving into longer-held restorative postures to encourage deep release in both body and mind. This gentle, grounding practice will prepare you for a restful evening of calm and relaxation.
