Lucy’s yoga journey began at 15, when she first explored yoga through books, sparking a lifelong passion. At 19, she stepped into her first class, and for over 30 years, yoga has been a constant source of healing, inspiration, and transformation in her life.
With 15 years of teaching experience, she now shares her knowledge in classes, retreats, and therapeutic sessions, always with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing, and adaptable space for all levels.
