On this holiday the morning class will be a fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with an emphasis on correct alignment and a safe practice. It will cater for the needs of each individual from beginners through to more experienced students and will include the traditional practice of asana, pranayama, mantra, guided meditation and relaxation.
The evening session will be a softer gentle practice. It will explore yin poses, (where we relax into postures and hold them a little longer) allowing us to go deeper into the body releasing tension from the joints.
