Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Susan Conway
Susan is a fully qualified teacher in yoga, dance, bodyconditioning and zumba.
She has a BA (Hons) in Dance Theatre, which includes studies in anatomy, physiology and body conditioning.
After working as a professional dancer for many years, Susan embarked on an adventure to Auburn, California, where she lived on an ashram and immersed herself into her yoga teacher training, which was life changing!
Susan loves teaching yoga and this is conveyed through her lessons. Her main style of teaching is a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, which she fuses with elements of her dance, martial arts and sports background to accommodate the personal needs of her students.
She encourages people to step outside their boundaries and is inspired every day by observing her students achieving what they never thought was possible!
What to expect on her Turkey retreat 2017
Two yoga classes per day.
These will be a combination of a dynamic practice contrasting with long deep relaxations, pranayama and some meditation.
The running theme of her classes will be strong and empowering. Some body conditioning will be incorporated into the lessons.
Susan has a flexible approach in her teaching so she can tailor classes to suit individuals on the retreat... working on advanced asanas, inversions or helping people learn how to meditate.
If you want to go home feeling refreshed, energised, toned, strong and relaxed then this is the retreat for you! All levels welcome, even yoga newbies.
